S&P is basically worthless and corrupt, and it's always best to try and ignore their absurd mutterings. That is exactly what investors have done, pushing NOK beyond four dollars. It will move even higher next week, because nobody cares about the S&P, given that their downgrades are rarely legit. Besides, if the rumors turn out to be true, then Microsoft is likely to be on the recieving end of the handset business, and then Nokia will become a pureplay company, just like Ericsson...
Most Nokia Stock holders are not afraid, and expect that NOK will continue to rise in value as it pushes towards Q2 earnings on July 18th.

Even if nokia makes android then also they cant match up against samsung because samsung is the only brand in android which is coming up with those gimmick features which we see it in 6 other handsets
samsung make their own exynos which (1.6 ghz) is much faster than snapdragon's 2.3 ghz
Only problem with samsung is design and they can improve it in next galaxy flagship

Nokia has strong signs of recovery and made a acquisition that holds some sense, considering its NSN is making a profit, and gets downrated. Samsung sells millions of its S4, puts record results, and sees billions of its value evaporate of night. Doesn't make that much of a sense.
